Pros
If you want to get ahead and are a good hard worker, then you can, but it may just take many years for that. The leadership in this company in the Product and Development are good to work with.
Cons
The company is owned by DHI. DHI makes all the calls concerning finances. This means, while everyone in corporate Goldpoint may see you as worthy of raises and promotions, they may not get approval from corporate to actually do anything. The company does participate in shady salary procedures. You don't know what anyone around you makes and are encouraged not to talk about bonuses or salaries with anyone else. Honestly, a lot of the complaints I've had about the company are likely due to GPS not being able to truly act as its own company and constantly beholden to the corporate side (DHI).
