      Pros

      Very structured and established system for teaching and selling.

      Cons

      Success is abased on selling as many lessons as possible and being as fully booked as possible. Your compensation will partially be based on # of half hours taught and you will feel rushed teaching 30 minute lessons back to back for several hours straight. When the technology acts up it can be stressful. You will work some late nights.

      Great atmosphere, lots of learning opportunities, and staff willing to help from all over the country.

      Cons

      Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
