Cons

They didn't fire a manager (Alexander Gleason) for allegedly sexually harassing a coworker, rather they moved him to the other Luna-run authorized retailer. The district manager, Ariana Goodridge is aware of what he did as well. I cannot with good conscience work for a company that will sweep an alleged sexual predator’s actions under the rug. The same manager listed above allegedly committed a considerable amount of fraud under our dealer codes, leading to a lot of charge backs and cancellations affecting both myself and my fellow reps. Once again the district manager, Ariana Goodridge was aware of this as well and did not seem to care. Despite the above reason causing reps to be in the hole for quotas for the next few months, the district manager decided to cut everyone's hours. Everyone across the board at this store had their hourly shifts cut. This has led to multiple reps before me leaving. And I was cut down to part time hours despite my hiring contract being full-time. Also none of my coworkers who came after me and cohort (two of us) were properly trained. As the third most senior employee, despite only being with this company for 8 months, I had newer reps bombarding me with requests for help because they didn't know what to do. I will never be upset with people asking for help, I'm upset with the fact that they were all but thrown to the wolves.
