You will not succeed in this business without prior connections to Commercial Real Estate or CRE Mortgage. You will likely not close a multimillion dollar deal off of a cold call. Your manpower will be used to benefit the company and you will be nothing more than a number in a spreadsheet of hundreds of other “Brokers” who are all unlicensed and they don’t care when you leave because another fresh group is coming in right behind you.
