Pros

Focus on promote from with in mentality, there is room to grow with-in the company. They have grown to be large enough that there are abilities to transfer within the company to multiple states if that is of interest to you.

Cons

Compliance based company, the compliance issues or focus changes weekly. Very much has the gotcha mentality, minimal to non existent employee appreciation. Pay scale is low for many positions, and internal promotions tend to get shorted on pay for new position. Job security is going down the drain with in the company. Doesn't do enough for the communities that they work in. This business requires a lot of time and a lot of long days. Benefits are sub-par for the level of pay that is offered and the size of the company. Hourly associates insurance offerings are a discount program at best and salaried employees insurance is very expensive with high deductibles.

Pros

You can quit whenever you want.

Cons

LOW pay. You will be hired as part time then told to work 40 - 60 hours a week for minimum wage. the schedule will change daily, dont bother with any life plans, this is your life. They will have you work on the day you should be off and tell you to take off on a different day, then will call you on your new day off and tell you your supposed to be there and you have to come in. Lazy management that are not cut out for their position. Lack of management communication. Did i mention Low pay? Also they want you to sell certain promotional items and if you dont maintain 3% sales, you could lose your worthless job. The way many of the employees maintain this quota is by scanning the promotional items instead of what customers are actually purchasing. "this item is the same price as what you are buying so I will scan this promotional item to make my numbers." Management supports this method, I wonder if corporate does?
