Variety of project work, approachable and flexible management, fair compensation and promotions when due, benefits including training/education stipend. No room for slackers, everyone pulls their weight. Plenty of room to grow and not bloated with senior management like many other companies in the industry. Taking measures to address issues relating to diversity and inclusion in the sector.
Cons
The level of work and responsibility can be demanding, with fairly low tolerance for errors. Occasional long hours.
