Great workplace in the Graphisoft Park Friendly and helpful colleagues
Cons
The company management does not care about the employees and does not value internal workers. Weird business decisions, irrational deadlines. The company started to employ tremendous amounts of contractors, this way the internal workers are overwhelmed onboarding and domain training the contractors. During the pandemic, the workload is much more intense.
