      Nothing to mention apart from office location.

      Cons

      I had been working for this company for a while and I would be glad to share my personal experience with you. Your bad experience starts the day you join them. Lots of smoke and mirrors and office politics supplemented by incompetent management. Nobody cares about HARD-WORKING EMPLOYEES. This place, the culture will put a stop to your career.

      Pros

      Compared to other accounting firms, Grassi has a family feel. Decent hours and fair compensation. ESOP structure which offers stability and much better than PE owned firms. Very client service focused.

      Cons

      Could grow and expand a bit faster.

      - Nice modern office in Midtown - A lot of summer events - Sometimes can work remotely - ESOP if you're their full-time

      Cons

      - Intern class didn't seem to have any return offers - Medium-sized firm, could potentially buyout to PE or merge
