      Long term retiring plan, 4 weeks vacations, no pressure job

      Cons

      Low salary, no career advancement possibility. Basically, people get higher in position by experience instead of skill.

      Primary product is a legacy beast that takes years to fully understand 12 month probationary period (union-imposed) Group insurance is somewhat lacking Far too dependent on Ministry of Education budget
