      Pros

      GROW AI has an exceptional support system for anyone who is willing to lean into it. There's very much a "team first" mentality. There's a culture of collaboration and lifting others up. If you need anything, chances are you won't have to wait long for someone to step in and give you a hand. You feel encouraged to take ownership of your role and make it your own. I can't thank the team enough for the support they've shown me.

      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal at GROW AI, super collaborative and the founder is refreshing hands on, and really knows how to motivate and take care of the team. The compensation is market leading and all sales opportunities are highly qualified with a great sales process and structure behind it. I have never worked on an offer with such high show rates, fearless investments in growth and an attitude of “client obsessed” as much as GROW AI. This is a dream role for any sales professional. Senior management is a clear extension of the founder and perpetuates the company values and ethics. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for a new role.
