Pros

Working in extremely stress mode everyday to ensure the body have the immune that can afford more higher stress in the future.

Cons

"Safety First" always is concerned by verbally, no actual action/role model is showed up. Wrong communication technique being applied between the employee and the superior. Blaming and backstabbing always happen "Behind the Arena" and done by everyone all the time. Never have a chance to vindicate when problem is occurred. With all of this, I have hypertension, heart disease more than 5 years and Stress Test always scored out 8-9 of 10 .

Pros

Benefits are decent—not the best, but fair. No annual company trips or annual dinners, but there are some recreational activities. Bonus is acceptable and, personally, one of the main reasons I’m still here.

Cons

Too many unnecessary and unrelated tasks added to the role. Top management frequently pushes extra responsibilities that don’t align with the original job scope. As a new joiner, you usually have no choice.. senior staff tend to pass these extra tasks down to you. Heavy audit involvement. Multiple audits require every department’s participation, meaning you’ll need to prepare reports, analysis, and process studies (e.g. environmental-related audits, waste aducational things that dont related to you but u have to study), on top of your actual job. The job title is misleading. You’re hired as "CS", but in reality, you handle: -Full export deliveries (planning, documentation, shipping) -Local delivery and trucking -Stock chasing and coordination -Direct customer handling It feels like a “tricky” job title and a scam On-call culture!! You’re expected to be available almost 24/7 to chase stock and resolve delivery issues. Stock planning is chaotic. Despite being a big company, stock management are unstructured! orders come in large volumes, stock is often zero, and teams end up in constant “war mode” competing internally just to secure stock for delivery. You will get cursed but customers due to delaying their orders but you cannot tell them the stocks is zero. You just need to be a stone for customers curse at you and you cant talkback defending by telling the real situation coz its involving the "company policy - not to let customers know any limitations we have" Peak season (October to Chinese New Year) is extremely stressful. Two colleagues who joined in August and September resigned by December and January because they couldn’t cope with the pressure just imagine that! Overall workload is mentally and physically draining, especially during peak periods. It really eats you up over time.
