Pros

None, Better to be at home and be a solo developer, there is nothing you will get from the work environment rather the feels of commuting to a office just like others, to prove them that you have a job.

Cons

No seniors to lead and understand the project from clients perspective, not any tools manage tasks and control workflow and deadline estimation. You feels like stuck in a limbo without a hope to gain anything either in terms of earnings or experience.

Pros

Now you will get work from home ,because owner can't pay the office rent

Cons

I worked at the company for 3 months and 10 days as a Junior Android Developer but was assigned tasks as a Kotlin Multiplatform Developer. I had no issues with the change in role, but the management was extremely unprofessional. Despite my repeated requests for a macOS system—essential for testing iOS applications, which were already available—they ignored me the entire time. This left me unable to properly test the application on iOS. When I resigned due to not receiving my salary for two months, the company shifted all employees to work-from-home mode. Ironically, the macOS system I had requested suddenly became available after my resignation. During my notice period, they insisted I test the application and complete the project. I refused because I was preparing for interviews. After serving my notice period, the founder called me, promising to pay my pending salary if I completed the project within a week. I declined, as similar empty promises had been made for the previous two months. To this day, my former colleagues confirm that the company has still not paid those two months of salary. Employees who left were issued cheques that bounced, and the company is also refusing to provide experience or relieving documents. Frankly, even giving this company a 1-star rating feels far too generous—I’d give them 0.1 stars if I could.
