      Good salary and work flexibility.

      Cons

      Management was incompetent and completely lost. The software tools I was supposed to use didn't work... I had to rewrite some documents 3 times because the server would crash and delete my work (this was database-driven so there was no way to save files locally). Whenever I tried to upload new PDFs to their web server, I would get error messages and I was unable to do so.
