      Easy to advance roles with little to no experience

      Cons

      Even with role advancement, expected pay is about half of what it would be for the same responsibility elsewhere. Legacy hires get priority over non nepotism hires

      None, bad as it gets

      Cons

      No flexibility work, weekend work, aweful expats from Japan can't even speak English. Pure waste of career. Expats stealing sales.
