      Good place to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      Management is rough. Some of management had the torch passed from a parent. Compensation is low. Failures of the higher ups get projected onto those below them.

      Easy to advance roles with little to no experience

      Cons

      Even with role advancement, expected pay is about half of what it would be for the same responsibility elsewhere. Legacy hires get priority over non nepotism hires
