      Gave good opportunities to young people. Lots of security and they offer training and some benefits.

      A bit stuck in its ways and lacks the open-ness to change. Very bureaucratic

      Pros

      Very well organised induction and the training is amazing from the content to the pace to the trainers themselves. Previous employers of mine could learn an awful lot from the GTR processes.
