Pros
they have pretty good benefits.the owners seem to care about the employees.the lower manager needs to get a clue it's not all about him.
Cons
the lies they tell you to get you to work there.the finishing department is a joke.the g.m. hires you and tells you how much he likes your experience and your going to be great fit with the company.but what he doesn't tell you is how big of a no it all he is and no matter how many years of experience you have it doesn't matter because he knows it all.what a joke.he seems to forget when he's spending all his time suck the life and moral out of the company production is slowing down and the employees are getting to a point were they don't care .why?because there working for a no it all.
