Pros
Good part, they will allow anyone to work there because 10 out of 10 you will be let go after work is done. They are cold, and emotionally disconnected. Also good part, you can listen to music. One last good part, you get paid weekly.
Cons
These guys are literally skating by on a shoe string budget hoping to land their next big contract. The place is a sinking ship and the workers are chained to the bottom of it. Management does nothing except figure out new ways to torture their few remaining technicians (who have not been fired yet) into either quitting or being fired. If they are not watching you all day in their office, they are out bothering you. If they are not bothering you, they are browsing the web. If they are not bothering you, they are trying to figure out a new way to bother you. They have literally nothing to do. These guys pretend like they created the moon and stars all the while they are all of equal intelligence with everyone else on the workplace floor. Please save yourself the anguish unless you desperately need a job. They depend on companies giving them laptops in order for them to make ends meat. I mean think about it. “Pretty please sir can we work on your laptop for you so that such and such company pays us then we will bring it back to you?”
