Fun but chaotic and political - Manager GUESS Employee Review

Awful senior management. Slow to react and you will never get things done on time (and you will get blamed for being incompetent). They don’t have a direction so everyone ends up confused. (You will get blamed again for not being able to read their mind). No one wants to take responsibility and blame is always pushed down the organization. Senior management can’t manage and behave clout chasers in order to keep their jobs. Gaslighting the middle management is the culture.
