Pros
Great place to work at and opportunity for growth is always there. Company is growing fast and getting better. There is a sense a family within GWR, no matter what position you hold. The President and the CEO are very loving and caring of each and everyone of their employees. Benefits are good, but could get better. They do offer a 401k program which I believe is magnificent. There is the flexibility to transfer from City to City.
Cons
Pay may start somewhat low. I believe pay should be adjusted depending on property needs and demand. A Leasing Consultant may make more money than an Assistant Manager at a smaller property. Healthcare Insurance is affordable for a single person. Can be too expensive for someone who needs coverage for children and/or spouse. No tuition reimbursement for employees that are enrolled in a program that can further their career with the company. Company is still growing, hopefully that is something they can offer later on.
