      Pros

      I love how open Gabi is as a company about everything. I never feel like anything is kept secret, which is amazing. Absolutely amazing benefits, and pay is pretty competitive as well.

      Cons

      Organization and processes could be more streamlined, but there has been so much growth and change in the time I have been with Gabi that I don't see it being too long before that comes around. The other thing I would like to see is positions open within the company so there is more room to grow.

      -Awesome team with top talent -Embeddable insurance product has a lot of promise -Core app is best-in-class -SF office is nice and in a great location -- Blue Bottle next door

      -There are high expectations for Gabi to be best-in-class so you need to be passionate, a self starter, and decisive

      rotating weekend shift every 3 weeks
