Nice people good enviroment to work in

Slow at times, and if your a young professional the industry can be harder.

Gallagher cares about its employees and pays out decent bonuses. Being in the analytical side, I never had to work long days unlike the brokers. Everyone is pretty nice. It feels like there's opportunity to grow in the company too.

There seems to be high turnover and constant reorgs.
