      It's a small firm---there's nowhere to hide, everybody wears multiple hats. Even the owner cleans up.

      Pros

      The staff is motivated and collegial. Employees are given opportunities for autonomy and upward mobility. Senior partner draws from a long history of experience in the legal landscape when making decisions. Interesting and worthwhile cases.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Everything is reasonable.

      Pros

      Making a difference in the lives of injured clients. Smart, friendly coworkers and boss. Lots of responsibility (if you want it). Good blend of challenging assignments and relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Working at a small, lean firm isn't for everyone.
