      Pros

      I have the opportunity to openly discuss with high-management people. Hence, I can learn so many key things on the social side, which is something you can barely have in other company. Besides, the marketing team is very young and dynamic and I love working with them.

      Cons

      The only drawback I have seen so far is sometimes I will need to work more than I expected. Other than that, everything is great from my end.

      Pros

      Flexible working hour with good benefits. We even having a 7 days company trip this year. There is also room for self - development and you can choose a career path to follow. The working environment is dynamic and open-minded.

      Cons

      The work load will be a lot if you are frequent to 9 to 5 work schedule.
