      Great L&D programme. Fantastic employee discount and benefits. Sufficient level of colleagues for day to day responsibilities. Strong brand value representation.

      Cons

      Change in head office management causing a change in culture to be more toxic. Colleagues looks are greater than attributes when considered for progression. Very low pay scale in general and for internal progression.
