Stable and growing company. A very impressive portfolio of reputable customers. They are growing fast and no sign of slowing down so you have a lot of upward mobility if you are willing to learn more and take on more responsibilities.
The upper management believes if the company makes more money, the employees should make more money. So everyone is pulling in the same direction.
The management team will always take the time to meet with you, listen to your problems and help you work towards a solution. They expect a lot from their employees but if you truly listen to their advice and put it into practice you will become a better employee not only for this company but any company you might work for in the future. I can honestly say I have learned more about business, and life, by working here.
Cons
The company is growing very quickly which means it is always busy.
Some people have problems with management but again, if you go to them with real problems and listen to their advice and actually do it, you won't have any issues.
