      It has some potential to be good

      Cons

      I worked in accounting and all the bad reviews here about the HQ management are true. It seems it got worse in the last three years since I was there. Garces had a lot of potential but needs to shore up his hands-on leadership skills and take charge of his namesake. Stop trusting the wrong people.

      Pros

      The team was very friendly, everyone worked well together. The staff meal always felt like sharing a meal with your family. In my experience they are pretty flexible and understanding.

      Cons

      Honestly the only con for me was that it was a bit far from where I lived. I don't have any other con that I can think of.

      Pros

      Annual contracts for events - big galas that guarantee you work. Also wedding sales team is really strong so you'll have weekend work

      Cons

      Disorganized. Will cheap out on staff or supplies and leave you hanging.
