1. Company gives empty promises to products that they cannot delivery. 2. Too many products, employees repeated advice management but they literally will never listen to their employees. And hence company is going down. 3. Lack of cashflow from the result of too many failed and rubbish products. 4. Be expected to not get paid working here. 5. Poor HR management because management somehow feels like they can do that themselves. 6. Expects you to work and deliver on deadlines over and over, with no people management skills. 7. CTO thinks he knows everything and is extremely stubborn, but truth to be told is doesnt know anything. 8. Management thinks that since a huge bulk of the company’s expenses comes from employees’ wages, they can simply just not pay their staff.
