Pros

Co-workers, the regular customers that come in everyday that you can joke around with, certain vendors are amazing also

Cons

Management, no real training after the initial computer training, you get thrown on the register, shown the basics, and then left to sink or swim if the manager is training you. You have to figure out how to do most things on your own and if you get it wrong the manager gets frustrated with you because she then has to show you how to do it the right way or she will leave a note for everyone stating no one is allowed to do that task on the register anymore. If you're good at your job you get taken advantage of and the co-workers that slack off and don't do tasks the right way get left alone and nothing is said to them. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT STICK UP FOR HER EMPLOYEES. NO MATTER WHAT.

Friendly environment amongst employees. 8-5pm schedule. Quiet.

Cons

Management is degrading and mean. No training protocols in place. No flexibility in work schedule.
