Contracts longer than normal but they pay for them

I would not recommend someone working at this company basis on my negative experience.

My experience at Gaslog LNG Services Ltd raised serious concerns about their commitment to safety. Despite facing safety challenges, I observed a lack of safety mentality from colleagues. Following company policy and ethical obligations, I reported these unsafe practices verbally and in writing. However, these reports were seemingly disregarded by the company. Unfortunately, these practices resulted in two accidents, a collision and a grounding. Furthermore, the accident reports made no mention of my prior warnings and the individuals I flagged as being involved in the unsafe practices. This disregard for safety was alarming. I would never want someone to be put at similar risk. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend this company to others.
