Pros
Management prioritizes low stress and manageable work loads. It's a small company so there is a lot of freedom to come up with new ideas for processes, or projects in general, and set them in motion. Plenty of room to grow any position. There's also a vast array of projects and client types we all get to work with which is fantastic for experience's sake.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like certain positions are filled with people who don't necessarily have the right level of experience but hit the right price point. It has proven to cause massive amounts of rework or hand holding for certain projects. Would like to see prioritization on talent rather than saving a little money. There's no 401k package which is odd for a company who focuses on financial industries.
