      Senior leadership are adjusting slowly to the pressures of international expansion. Company is still maturing in terms of internal processes, which lands on mid-level management.

      One a year annual company trip

      Cons

      Struggle to find projects, and very predatory with clients. Lots of problems with the work environment and disrespectful behavior. Then laid off half the NYC office with barely any severance pay.

Unfortunately you were with us during a period of very challenging business performance in the US which meant that lay-offs were necessary - we are sorry you experienced that.
