Great health benefits and office closed the last 2 weeks in December. You receive OT but plan to work 45-50 hours a week every week. Hybrid in office 50% of the month.
Cons
Promotions or moving to a different team isn’t easy for Senior Program Assistants. Small company and very few new roles come available and the ones that do are usually “created” for a specific person the hiring manager has chosen.
