Working at Gather is unlike any other company. Gather leaves space for shenanigans. People are always poking fun, pranking each other, posting memes, it's amazing how work actually gets done. But leadership is convicted that work shouldn't feel boring and making work fun actually makes people enjoy work more and work harder. I've never had more fun at work, from the people to the product to the mission. There's a central thread of just being "fun" that is hard to come by.
