If you 5min late you are absent.No permanent vehicle to go site every day. Maximum time diesel not available. There is no ending time table.sometimes 24~48 hours work with no ot and no rest.Salary comes after 3month and that's also may be extended.Only Andhra people survive and others are are toucher by Andhra staff.15aug and labour day you have to work. No ESI and PF.
