      -4 Day Workweek Every other week -Wonderful team -Work/Life balance made it very easy to feel comfortable clocking out and remaining clocked out at the end of the day -Clear responsibilities and easy to digest workload — even during stressful periods for the publication (aka: Holiday Season)
