Things evolve and change quickly, which can be a good thing but also can yield to confusion. Leadership is well-intentioned but sometimes misses the mark when trying to connect with rest of org.

- early on had a lot of founding responsbility - very cool tech stack for 3D rendering on front end - felt meaningful - great SWE organization, company culture felt relaxed but with talented people

Cons

- recent year has been a managment restructure that changed the vibe of the whole company - no real product vision - SWE org is no more, only government contracts are surviving
