Excellent emphasis on customer service, great attention to detail to follow industry standard in building high quality, versatile products. Efficient lean manufacture procedures are in place and with heavy investment into r&d the company has great potentials.
Cons
Outdated softwares are inefficient and time consuming. Conservative and inclusive management structure that at times feel more like a small family businness rather than a fast growing high tech company. Poor communications reflect resistance to improvement and unwillingness to take on responsibilities. Management like the rest of nebraska have a hard time to go out of their boring comfort zones.
