You learn a lot fast and you're apart of a small close team that spends a lot of time together.

Long hours, you will wear many, many hats, poor management, poor communication and company not willing to hire help.

The company is tiny, so you will learn a lot in a short amount of time.

This was by far the worst job I ever had. The two owners, who are brothers, couldn't care less about you as a person or even as an employee. As supervisors and CEOs, they were incredibly inappropriate: calling other employees and workers by degrading terms, not speaking to me or others for days at a time, and genuinely treating me in a way where I felt utterly disrespected and completely unappreciated. The owners are cheap and believe in a "one person can do the jobs of 10" rule. No amount of money would make me go back.
