Pros

Gembah's strongest point is their aggressive marketing system that brings in many leads. The projects at Gembah are highly varied and interesting.

Cons

The management of Gembah is grossly incompetent. The project managers are thrown into projects without relevant experience and expected to "figure it out" on their own. The upper management is primarily an obstacle to progress and the project managers are stuck between the various parties. Ultimately, the role of the project managers is to run interference between the various parties and try to avoid telling the clients the truth about what is happening on their projects. The project managers are expected to make excuses for all of the delays and failures to meet project goals. In summary, it is very frustrating to work with Gembah and watch project after project go poorly due to management.

Cons

Working at Gembah comes with a few challenges, but they are largely opportunities for growth. The fast-paced environment and ambitious project timelines can feel overwhelming at times, requiring strong time management and adaptability. The learning curve is steep due to the diverse range of products and markets, but it’s a great chance to expand your knowledge and work through various professional competencies . Despite these challenges, the overall experience is highly rewarding and focused on achieving meaningful success.
