      Pros

      Work type was flexible but it was not challenging.

      Cons

      They did not have a mentoring scheme or try to grow me in the role. When suggestions for areas of improvement management did not want to listen.

      Good to start a career.

      Cons

      Working with indian nacionals is not easy. almost all of the top management in their mining operations companies in AFRICA are indians nacionals. In my humble opinion they should change that, giving opportunities to the nacional professionals to lead the companies.
