      Pros

      Small business environment, and co-workers can be friendly. People with a varied background work there.

      Cons

      Learning and improving is not promoted. Senior scientists tend to pigeon-hole you. Intentional overworking occurs often. Overtime is NEVER paid out. No matter how much you work.
