I joined the team as a fresher with no experience with my main focus on web design and development. Thanks to GenX, I was able to grow and learn the necessary skillsets to be hired as a full time web developer
They are very receptive to lower level employees. Very good work ethic, Recognition to Work, Steep learning curve, Best work culture that I have been part of. People never take the credit of others and keep encouraging each other for good innovative ideas.
Most important - Salary always on time.
Cons
Working hours sometime gets stretched but otherwise working hours are flexible.
No cab facility but its fine as iam using metro to commute.
