      Great people outside of the C suite/management layer Lunch provided Free parking Regular team level activities Interesting projects Good budgets for tech Good pay Relatively flexible working hours

      Management are old fashioned in their views - women + POC are minimal in the company Meetings are very secretive - information is not shared with employees No clear career path past “work here for more than 5 years to get a promotion”
