Pros
After leaving my previous job where I worked for over 5 years, I was nervous to enter a different industry and try something new. I quickly learned that the people at Geneca truly care about their employees and are eager to help their employees grow. Upper management invests a lot of their time in ensuring employees have all of the tools necessary to succeed. There are so many opportunities for employees to grow and try new things. The environment makes me look forward to going to work each day, which is why I can say Geneca truly is a great place to work.
Cons
Many employees work offsite at clients and are not in the office on a regular basis, which is unfortunate, but part of the business. When I started at Geneca, I initially wondered if I would ever have the chance to meet all of my colleagues. However, Geneca does a great job of gathering employees on a regular basis for meetings, lunches, and fun events, which a lot of companies don’t take the time to do.
