Pros
Geneca has been good to me since day one. I'm very happy with my salary and the way upper management has treated me. I rarely work over 40 hours a week, which is a big improvement from my last company. I've been with Geneca around two years now and they've exceeded my expectations and then some. The people I work with our smart and dedicated to technology, but also cool people, who "get it". I honestly can't see myself being happier somewhere else.
Cons
You have to be up for meeting the challenge. Our work is in no way easy. Geneca's projects are complex and challenging. If you don't feel extremely confident in your development skills than this probably is not the place for you to hang your hat. I see interviews walk in and out of Geneca all day long, very few get the job.
