Pros
If they hire you, you will work alongside really smart people with strong commitment to a positive company culture. They develop different software products on different channels. This means there is some kind of fair internal competition that pushes the company upwards despite being virtually in a position of monopoly, that's actually quite impressing. The HR management is the best I have seen, they won't let you down!
Cons
Not really a disadvantage but some internal presentations look more conceited than educative and it can be intimidating for newcomers.
