It is a small company CEO works onsite but won't acknowledge you if you see him. Doesn't ever talk to the company but will make changes that affect employees without any input from management. Everyone is scared to talk to him.
They have been trying to cut costs, healthcare, employee management systems etc.
HR doesn't have a clue what they're doing, they make rash decisions over personnel without including their managers. Mess up payroll or 401Ks, Bonuses often... Also won't tell you they messed up.
