      The company pays above the average wage.

      Cons

      Everyone (employees and patients) are expendable. This job was heartbreaking and the facility was severely understaffed. Patient to CNA ratio averaged 18:1. When management was approached with facility issues, their response was to "work harder" and "stop complaining". Very toxic work environment. Patient deaths were reported as changes in census numbers. Inhuman treatment and horrid neglect observed on a daily basis.

      Great Company to work for. Friendly team environment. I have a great supervisor!

      Easy to cap out salary wise in a position however, other positions are available for growth and wage increase.
