Chaotic approach to work, no concept of work life balance and need to bring in KPI's

I'm having a hard time thinking of any.

If you don't speak Spanish you will be outcast. You will be micromanaged. Coffee breaks and phone calls are frowned upon. You will be tested by management. You must work more than 8 hours a day, but your overtime hours will be scrutinized. No work/life balance. You will be expected to dedicate your entire life to this company, and asked to practice your job on the weekends.
